A new E-MTB is gearing up – engineered with absolute precision and passion. From engineering and prototyping to the finished bike: 100% made in-house.
Our new bike is also made from 7020-T6 aluminum – durable, resilient, and fully recyclable. With up to 30% higher tensile strength than conventional alloys, 7020 offers maximum stability and safety. NICOLAI bikes are calculated and designed to deform in a defined area of the frame in the event of an overload, significantly reducing the risk of serious crashes and injuries. A NICOLAI aluminum frame is designed to withstand many years even under tough competition conditions.
Sustainability is a major concern for us, and our goal is a complete circular economy. All milling and cutting residues in our aluminum production as well as discarded frames are 100% recycled to the source material, which can then be used to create new, high-quality bikes again.
