As part of a fast-growing action sports company, we are looking for a driven, autonomous and results-oriented Sales Representative to grow our presence across South Germany (Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg).
This is a field-based role requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and a passion for action sports. You will spend most of your time on the road visiting accounts and developing the territory. The main tasks of the position are:
The South Germany Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer relationships and strengthening brand presence across the territory.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales across FOX product categories through proactive outbound selling
- Maximize revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Manage both Pre-Book and At-Once sales cycles through customer visits, calls and email
- Execute seasonal sales campaigns and drive product adoption across accounts
Account Management
- Manage, develop and service a portfolio of accounts across South Germany
- Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers and key stakeholders
- Maintain consistent, responsive and professional communication with accounts
- Identify growth opportunities based on regional trends and customer needs
Product & Merchandising
- Deliver seasonal range presentations and product training to dealers
- Stay up to date on product developments, market trends and competitor activity
- Identify product opportunities based on inventory, demand and local market insights
- Drive sell-in and sell-through through strong merchandising and planning
Collaboration & Reporting
- Keep management informed of opportunities, risks and support needs
- Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute market insights
- Collaborate with Product, Sales and internal teams to improve commercial performance
Position requirements:
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in retail, inside sales, customer service or field sales
- Experience in the action sports industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of retail environments and sales processes
- Ability to create and deliver impactful sales presentations
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work autonomously
- Strong communication skills (in-person, phone and email)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Full driver’s license
