Position Overview:
To strengthen our European sales operations, Pivot Cycles is seeking an experienced, independent, and solution-oriented Senior Inside Sales Representative. Based out of our Weil im Schönbuch office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dealer network, ensuring the successful distribution of Pivot bikes, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Management: Nurture, manage, and proactively grow long-term relationships with existing dealers within your assigned territory.
  • Order Pipeline Management: Oversee the complete order lifecycle, including generating quotations, tracking shipments, and coordinating timely deliveries.
  • Commercial Advisory: Advise dealers on product availability, upcoming sales programs, and strategic seasonal inventory planning.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with Outside Sales Representatives on business development initiatives, territory strategies, and seamless dealer onboarding.
  • Data & Forecasting: Analyze regional sales data and market trends to provide actionable forecasts and inventory recommendations.
  • Inventory Optimization: Support dealers in actively managing their stock levels and optimizing inventory health.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Pivot Cycles at key trade shows, dealer events, and industry fairs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional sales or account management experience, ideally within the cycling, outdoor, or sports industries.
  • Active interest in the cycling industry, with a strong technical understanding of bicycles, components, and the mountain bike market.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and successfully managing business accounts.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with field-based/Outside Sales teams toward shared commercial goals.
  • An independent, structured, and highly reliable approach to managing workflow and dealer relations.
  • Strong team player with exceptional communication skills (both on-site and remote).
  • Familiarity or working knowledge of the following tools and technologies:
    • Microsoft Office 365
    • CRM platforms (HubSpot knowledge is an advantage)
    • ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics GP knowledge is a plus)
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus
