Summary: As E-Commerce Manager Europe, you will own the strategic development and continuous optimization of our e-commerce experience. Your focus will be on driving conversion, maximizing revenue per visitor, and shaping the digital customer journey across our online store. From merchandising strategy and assortment planning to PDP and checkout optimization, you’ll ensure that every touchpoint is designed for growth and commercial impact. You will collaborate closely with Web Operations & QA, Sales, Growth Marketing, Brand, IT and Product to align the e-commerce experience with business goals and customer expectations.


What You’ll Do:

Merchandising & Assortment Management

● Define and optimize product mix, upselling and cross-selling strategies.
● Collaborate with Sales & Operations on stock availability and inventory-driven promotions.
● Develop and execute promotion calendars and pricing strategies.

Customer Journey & Experience Design
● Map and optimize the online customer journey, from landing page to checkout.
● Lead UI/UX enhancement initiatives to improve engagement and conversion.
● Drive PDP and checkout optimization in collaboration with Web Operations & QA.

Personalization & Automation
● Implement onsite personalization tactics (sorting, recommendations, dynamic content).
● Oversee automation initiatives such as site search optimization, re-engagement triggers, and tailored offers.

Performance & KPI Ownership
● Define and track e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, revenue per session, etc.).
● Translate insights into clear action plans and business recommendations.
● Partner with Growth Marketing on performance reporting, testing, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Website Operations & Tech to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
● Align with Brand on messaging consistency and storytelling within the e-commerce journey.
● Coordinate with Finance and Operations on pricing, stock, and revenue planning.


You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
● 5+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, preferably in a D2C environment.
● Proven track record in conversion optimization, merchandising, and journey design.
● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actions.
● Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms & best practices.
● Bike industry knowledge is a plus.
● Knowledge of EU consumer behavior and privacy regulations (GDPR).
