Field Marketing and Training Representative Austria and Switzerland

To strengthen our Marketing Team, Cycling Sports Group Europe (CSG) is currently looking for a pro-active and energetic Field Marketing and Training Representative for our team in Austria and Switzerland, who organize Expo and demo days and organize, perform and coordinate Clinics to dealer base. Cycling Sports Group Europe is part of Dorel Sports, a global manufacturer and distributor of bicycles and cycling products. Our premium brands CANNONDALE, GT BICYCLES, SUGOI and FABRIC are well known in the bicycle market.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Press launches and Sales meeting as member of the core organization team: build up, organize bikes tests, manage mechanics, organize test trails;
• Organize Expo and demo days in Austria and Switzerland: internal and external communication, booth set up, travel and hotel booking, bikes service, internal feedback;
• Support the Marketing Manager as necessary on the following fields: press bike preparation, bike logistics, organizing individual training with dealers;
• Lead and Manage the sales and technical training for the new model year platforms according to the defined global European education plan;
• Map the yearly training agenda including sessions and logistic (when, where, who);
• Manage and control the budget spend vs. forecast;
• Support Marketing Manager and Sales Team during sell-in camps preparation and product marketing presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’ degree or two or more years of working experience in the bike industry;
• Excellent technical understanding of bicycles and affinity with Sales;
• Ability to ride with dealers, consumers and press;
• Strong organizing, communication, presentation and training skills;
• Fluency in German and English required, French is a plus;
• Affinity and passion for cycling;
• Driver’s license – B / E (Car plus trailer) and willing to travel;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
