The ideal candidate is a certified bike mechanic with a deep understanding of e-bikes, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with a passion for cycling, representing our brand at key events, initially focusing on Germany, with the role expanding to include events across Europe over time. If you are a proactive, self-reliant problem-solver with a love for travel and teamwork, this one is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Fleet Management & Technical Maintenance
• Assembly & Maintenance: Meticulously build, service, clean, and repair our fleet of marketing and test bikes to the highest standard.

• Order Management: Handle orders for bikes, equipment and spare parts.
Logistics & Coordination
• Fleet Coordination: Manage the entire lifecycle of our test bike fleet, including scheduling and allocation.
• Shipping & Transport: Coordinate all shipping logistics for bikes sent to partners. Prepare, load, and drive event vehicles (including trailers) to various locations in Germany and later on to venues across Europe.
• Event Logistics: Support all warehouse logistics for event materials, ensuring everything is prepared and ready for transport.
Event & Athlete Support
• Event Execution: Execution of all event activities on site, both as a mechanic and as event staff including setting up event booths and displays.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a brand expert at events, providing advice, technical support, and a lasting positive experience for customers.
• Athlete & Ambassador Support: Provide dedicated technical support to our sponsored athletes and brand ambassadors.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
• Formal training as a bike mechanic or an equivalent qualification with a strong technical understanding of e-bikes.
• A strong commitment to quality, detail, and providing excellent service.
• A proactive, independent, and flexible work ethic with a proven ability to take initiative.
• A true team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including weekends.
• A valid Category B driver’s license is required. A license for towing trailers (BE) is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with bike events is a significant advantage.
What we offer:
● 30 days annual leave
● Discount on Aventon Bikes
● Rapid growth opportunities
● Strengthening team spirit (eg company events, after-work bike tours)
