We are seeking an experienced freelance partner to independently support our European event activities on a project basis. This assignment includes hands-on event setup, technical support for test bikes, and logistical coordination of event materials. The contractor will operate autonomously while ensuring high-quality execution of agreed-on deliverables.
What You’ll Do (Service Scope)
On-site Event Support (project-based)
• Independently set up and dismantle event booths and displays.
•Provide knowledgeable, customer-facing guidance on our products.
•Prepare and configure test bikes for visitor use.
Off-site Support (as agreed per project)
•Organize and prepare event materials for transport.
•Transport materials using provided or contractor’s vehicle (Class B license required).
•Maintain and clean test bikes and event equipment in connection with the assignment.
What You Bring
•Experience in event operations and hands-on technical work.
•Strong affinity for cycling and knowledge of bike mechanics.
•Ability to operate independently and manage tasks autonomously.
•Strong communication skills in German; English is an asset.
•Availability for project-based assignments, including occasional weekends by mutual agreement.
•Status as a self-employed contractor in Germany (Gewerbe or equivalent).
