I heared only good about shigura. Whats the setup? I only change XT caliper for magura caliper? Everything else stays shimano even shimano oil? I tought you need magura caliper+ hose + barb and shimano lever+olive and not sure about shimano/magura oil

Yeah the bigger surface area coud help with heat dissipation. On front brake pads are on whole disk height, on rear there is 0.5mm lip on inside but that shouldn't be a problem. On new bike I haven't had opportunity yet to ride with son on shotgun much. Just few rides but I haven't noticed much...

Well that was my first idea…but front and back same time i doubt that. But not impossible. When i bleed them there was few bubbles, nothing crazy, but 100% less oil when i bleed them month ago when i bought the bike and swapped rotors and pads.

Hello guys. On my old FS bike i had Magura MT5 with sinter green and trp rs01 203mm. I had zero problems with that combo after so many strugles this worked flawlessly! I also rode them with my son on shotgun so lot,of brake dragins in steep sections with no problems. I bough new bike with xt8120...
