Canyon will write a new email the 23 january.

For me, i don't accept this partial refund, i have started a dispute resolution process on the platform today. I asked a totally refund. I don't accept more from Canyon.

In France, I have asked a totally refund to Canyon 2 days ago and I received the answer today. Canyon maintain the same answer, no refund and you must wait for the new email from the german head office
