i am in the market for my first eMTB and here's my questionnaire ... thanks in advance for all the help!
As i mention in the questionnaire, i want to be riding in berlin city mainly, with a bit of exploring in the countryside.
only tested the Focus Whistler2 6.9 EQP (which is the reason i started researching for options and to see what's out there).
I liked the Focus Whistler but i want to make an informed decision on what would be best given my price range.

MAX 2000 Euros - What purpose should your eBike have described briefly? (Keywords: marathon, crosscountry, trail, enduro, downhill)
City transportation, a bit of exploration of the country side. - In which terrain do you want to move the e-bike mainly (lowland, hilly, mountains, gradients, only if known height meters at a time specify)?

- What is your driving technique and / or your knowledge of mountain biking (beginner, intermediate, ambitious sports driver, expert, professional)?
beginner - Self-construction (even if not really possible up to here)? NO
premade - How much support (up to 25kmh or 45kmh, Rating: with 45kmh is one legally a moped / scooter equal and thus out of the forest)?
as it's going to be mostly city, i would say 25 is enough. - Is there a preferred type of drive (mid-engine, hub motor or anything else)?
I do not know - Which engines do you have and favors (Bosch, Brose, Yamaha, Shimano, ...)?
