Does anyone know the motor RPM and the gear reduction to the crank?

The article says 'revolution ratio of 2.6' for pedal / crank ratio. I've measured this at 2.5 though. (1: 1) Put the pedal at 12 o'clock and valve on the rear wheel at 6 o'clock and rotate the pedal 360 degrees and the back wheel turns 2.5 times.
