SUMMARY
To support our Events in the Germanic Market we are looking for dynamic and highly motivated Freelancer with passion for cycling. As part of the Specialized Event Team you will be responsible for setting up and realizing events such as exhibitions, festivals, dealer events and testivals (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, p.r.n. other Countries). The main working period is Thursday to Monday (including setup and dismantling of the Event). You should be a proactive and sports-minded personality and bring along a hands-on and communicative mentality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS
Implementation of assigned events like test events, festivals and exhibitions/ trade fairs
Loading and driving event vehicles
Maintaining of event material and bikes
Set-up and dismantling of the event area
Service at the event regarding the consumer (adjusting bikes, communicate with the customers and giving product information/ sales advices)
As appropriate: guided tours
Ensure internal/external fairness and competitiveness of remuneration practices, processes and policies
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Student of Sports Science, Sports Management, Event Management or other related degree (at least 3rd term would be advantageous)
Experiences regarding event organization or project management would be advantageous
Passion for bikes and product knowledge concerning the bicycle industry is desirable
Fluent in German and English
Driver license (B), BE, if possible
